Robert has significant experience in project delivery representing both delivery teams and client/owners. Throughout his career Robert has been involved with some significant projects such as Dublin Port Tunnel, Thomond Park Stadium Redevelopment and several high-profile private developments and commercial projects in the pharma, retail and civic infrastructure. A commercially aware professional with a sound appreciation of the drivers of value, cost & risk in projects. Robert has strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail with an excellent ability to utilise resources in developing and executing plans. Stakeholder management is a constant focus and collaborative working a priority.
